Airbnb Property Manager (Melbourne)
Hey Tom is a rapidly growing Airbnb management company, the has been operating in Sydney for around 2 years. Recently, we dipped the toe into the Melbourne scene and so far Melbourne is going absolutely nuts so we're looking for another Property Manager (or two) to join us, FAST!
Here's a word from our Founder Joel Cacciotti, that gives you an idea of the kind of person we're after.
We're an Airbnb management startup that's just coming off an extremely successful past 12 months. In the last year we've been featured in a few high profile publications like the Financial Review, The Project and Domain, and have experienced rapid growth without the need of any funding - it's been boot strapped all the way! We have 3 main partners who all have experience building and selling startups. We're in the process of boosting our Melbourne presence as we're constantly getting enquiries that we need help to service.
We are in the process of finalising our franchise agreements and are looking for the right person/s to start their own Hey Tom Melbourne Branch.
We are looking for an entrepreneur who is looking to start from the ground up, be their own boss and build their own business, but you don't have to make any of the mistakes we did so you will get a nice kick start. Of course you will have access to our systems, processes and will be supported along the way, with a healthy stream of leads coming in daily. It's a pretty sweet gig with flexible hours, the ability to work from home and you get to work not only in an industry that just a few years ago didn't exist, but one that has revolutionised how we live and travel.
If this sounds like it interests you or someone you know please get in touch we'd love to hear from you.

In return you'll get be largely your own boss. You'll decide when and how you work, and you can work from anywhere. Just as long as you're close enough to make servicing a portfolio of properties practical (anywhere in inner Melbourne would be ideal).
Having your own transport is very important as you will need to be able to zip between locations throughout the day as required.
