Airbnb Property Manager
Hey Tom is a leading Airbnb property management company in the Australian market currently operating in four States but growing fast! To assist with achieving our national growth ambitions we're on the hunt for a Property Manager to join us to help keep up with demand in the Sydney market.
Sydney is our prime territory and the response we've had over the past few years is amazing both from property owners and guests.
Working at Hey Tom is not your conventional 9-5 or property management role. You'll be exposed to all areas of our business and given plenty of scope and support to grow.
About the role:
As one of our Property Managers you'll have an extremely broad and hands on role. No two days will be the same. Some days you'll be inspecting properties and helping out guests, others you'll be styling properties and managing our digital profiles.
You should be prepared to get your hands dirty and do what needs to be done. Sometimes this means conducting minor property maintenance, like rehanging a painting or installing a lockbox.
In return you'll have huge amounts of autonomy and a pay structure that is uncapped and is directly proportionate to your efforts. To start off you'll be taking over an established portfolio of high performing properties but should expect this to scale over time.
Having your own transport is essential as you will need to zip between locations throughout the day as required.
We don't like offices or subjecting our team to the daily 9 to 5 grind, so we'll be working from a combination of cafes, meet up locations, vacant Airbnb properties and pretty much anywhere you feel like! We think this keeps things fresh and gives us way more flexibility.
As we're mostly focused around finding the right person with the right attitude and not the necessarily prior experience in our field, you'll be given full training and support to make sure you succeed. The main thing we ask in return is an eagerness and willingness to learn.
