Joel Cacciotti

Founder

With a background in Online Advertising & working with startups, Joel has been deeply involved with the sharing economy since 2013. Starting off as a participant and early adopter of services like Uber and Airbnb he gained a keen interest in the Sharing Economy and the goals it was trying to achieve. After a long stint of travelling he realised that his true passion lay in the travel industry and so Hey Tom was created to fuel his passion and solve a real problem. Joel has travelled to 42 countries and plans to visit them all before kicking the bucket.

Luke Baker

Co-founder

Coming from a background in Business Management and Strategic Investment Luke adds vital experience to the team. He has a wealth of knowledge in traditional business practice and the construction industry. His vision is to combine traditional investment strategies with new and emerging platforms to create an exciting marriage of technology and tradition.

Phillip Rose

Director

Phillip joined Hey Tom in 2016, after recognising the potential of Hey Tom to disrupt Australian property investment and eager to help Hey Tom achieve its aspirations of growth. With a background in professional services, digital marketing, and cloud IT Phillip is working to refine Hey Tom's systems processes to make our property management even more seamless.

Coming from a background in Civil Engineering and Project management Cedric is a welcome addition to the property management team as guests love his reliability and friendly nature. He's passionate about travel and fitness and loves the flexibility being a Property manager provides. Cedric focuses his efforts managing properties in Sydney's inner suburbs such as Darlinghurst, Redfern, Potts Point and Surry Hills.

Hailing from across the pond, Jonathon (better known as JJ) is our resident Kiwi. He holds a degree in Business Management and is also a whiz with technology. Living in Sydney's Northern Beaches for the past 6 years, JJ specialises in properties north of the Bridge, from Milsons Point to Lavender Bay, Manly, Queenscliff, Fresh Water and Curl Curl.
